Our Mission

Our mission is to provide all of our client's with an in depth, and very thorough thorough home inspection. With a professional home inspection you will know the condition of the home you intend to purchase. We strive to provide information about everything we find during an inspection, whether it is a defect or general knowledge about the homes construction and equipment.

Prices starting at $300.00 base rate, Extra $0.15 cents per square foot for homes exceeding 2000 Sq Ft.

How it works

  • 1. Contact Us

    You can fill out a contact form, email us or call us at any time! The information needed to schdule the inspection includes: 


    -The type(s) of inspection needed

    -The date the inspection is needed

    -The address of the property to be inspected -Your first and last name

    -Your email and phone number

    -Your agent's name(s)

  • 2. Set A Time

    To schedule an inspection with us  fill out a contact form below, you can call or email us too. Please feel free to ask any and all questions/concerns you may have!  


    We are available 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Sunday. After we discuss your needs and set a date for the inspection to be performed you will be sent an inspection agreement, the Maryland standards of practice, an invoice, and some informational materials. 


    We look forward to giving you peace of mind with an in depth home inspection and an easy to read inspection report!

  • 3. Inspection Day

    On the day of the inspection an inspector will arrive and go over the scope of the home inspection.


    Our mission is to provide each and every client with a home inspection that goes above and beyond the standards of practice. This is to ensure  you have as much information as possible about what is most likely one of the biggest purchases you will ever make! 


    We love animals, but we ask politely that animals be contained at the time of inspection to make sure your animals stay safe and sound. 

  • 4.Report Writing

    After the inspection is complete the inspector will head back to the office and finish up your report. 


    We double check all reports to provide our client's with accurate and in depth information on the home! 


    Your report will be completed as soon as possible within the agreed upon timeframe.

  • 5. Report is finalized

    Reports will be sent in a timely fashion. Read and review the report to gain in depth information about the home.


     This includes defects, information on the equipment installed in the home, general information about the property, and much more!
